Do you have a physical location to receive services?
No, I offer tele-therapy services in the space of my home office. You will be able to enjoy your session in the comfort of your home. If home is not an ideal option for you, the only requirement is that you are in a private space that you can speak freely and that you have a strong internet connection.
What can I expect from the first session?
The first session is about getting to know one another. You will learn about your coaches’/counselors’ style and discuss areas of concern as well as what you would like to get out of the sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am licensed in the state of Florida and in network with Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health and United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. You can use the link below to input your insurance information to see if your plan is in network:

Do you offer refunds?
No, we strive to make sure you are satisfied with your services. However, refunds are not given for any reason.
What are the operating hours?
Hours depend on the coach or counselor. A lot of staff have non-traditional hours on weekends and after 5pm. Just let us know in your 15 minute consultation if this is what you are looking for.
What are the payment and cancellation policies?
Payments can be made via Square, Zelle, Cashapp or Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to complete the payment. You can cancel by sending an email to claritycoachingandcounseling@gmail.com, texting or calling 754-800-1652. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $75 fee.
