Seandel
Life tends to show up whether we are ready or not, and I specialize in helping teenagers, individuals, and groups process and deal with those issues. I understand the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship that is genuine and promotes growth. My ideal client will value my supportive yet direct approach as they are ready to make changes in their lives and be the best version of themselves.
My diverse experience and education have allowed me to gain knowledge of working with people struggling with eating disorders, people with neurodivergent disorder, substance abuse, emotional disturbance, low self esteem, people seeking assertiveness training, mood instability, and survivors of sexual assault.
My therapeutic orientation is reality therapy and choice theory that does not dwell on the past but how to live in the here and now and not allow the past to stunt growth or dictate the future. We will focus on establishing your own identity and not the version of yourself that is based off of societal norms, your family’s pressure or fear of judgment.
