We offer video conferencing from mental health professionals. Click the
contact page to complete an inquiry and schedule a 15 minute free consultation to see if clarity will be a good fit for you. After this is determined, you must complete an informed consent which identifies an emergency contact person and provides details of all of the policies and procedures. This must be completed before your first session. You will then speak with your coach or counselor to schedule your first session. Video conferencing is done via a HIPAA-compliant platform such as zoom. Payment must be made at the time of the session.
Cancellation Policy: While we understand that things do come up, we ask that you cancel scheduled appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled time or you will be charge $75 for that session. This allows other people in need to secure a session if need be. Payments are made via Square, Zelle, Cashapp or Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to complete the payment.
